Weekend Mixtapes

Got some good mixtapes piled up, just the right thing you might be looking for in time for the weekend.

Chances are you already heard about the latest Rinse FM, likely because it has been the source of snippets from the latest 12-inch by Four Tet, Burial and Thom York. The show was a back to back mix by Floating Points and Four Tet and it's available for download.

Next up, we recommend Photek‘s Fireside Chat on RBMA Radio, which is also available from unofficial sources.

We had some Om Unit news this week already, but öet us also mention his recent mixes for Munich Boiler and Glasgow's LuckyMe label collective.

Kelpe has a new mixtape available and as usual it's a killer selection of beats and obscure music. Let's also remind you of the guestmix he's done for us.

While still listening to Appleblim‘s recent contribution to the Fabric promo mixes, there's a new one to recommend. This time it's Eglo's Alexander Nut on the decks.

For those in love with Blawan‘s mix for FACT Magazine, we also got this recording from Boiler Room. And don't forget, his new 12-inch is out now on R&S Records.

Gilles Peterson plays at a Japan relief party in London tonight. For those that can't make it, he's got a mixtape up for stream or download.

And lastly, let us mention another one from Caribou that became available again, this time mix for Rough Trade made last year.
