Julian Sartorius - Beat Diary

Swiss drummer Julian Sartorius has been recording music since 2007, yet most people will know him as live support for Dimlite. Next week will see the release of his solo project Beat Diary, an ambitious collection of beats spanning over twelve records. As the name might suggest, he recorded one beat per day throughout 2011 and each of them is on the records. The package also includes are a photobook, a poster and a download code.

To buy one of the 365 pieces, you will have to send an email stating your preferred number. Beat Diary sells for 229 Swiss Francs or approximately €190/$250/£155.
