Building the Beat

Philadelphia based producer Starkey was challenged by Mary Anne Hobbs to build from scratch while she is on air with her weekly radio show. Recorded at the Maida Vale Studios, Starkey, his percussionist Reso and singer Anneka managed to complete a track just minutes before the show ended.
