SBTRKT – Hold On
I have to admit that I never fully understood how Wildfire could have become the lead single to SBTRKT‘s self-titled album, but then I’ve never been much of a Little Dragon fan. The second single off the album is much more of my liking and it has all the potential to become an equal success.

With the masked face on the cover, Hold On follows the tradition of Soundboy Shift, Step In Shadows, Living Like I Do and of course the album. Apart from the “limited edition deluxe 3D-effect lenticular sleeve”, the real highlight is the new track Ride To Freedom. There’s also a remix by Sisi Bak Bak, but like previous remixes it’s kind of a let down if you ask me.
Nevertheless, I’m looking forward getting my hands on this. The digital release is already available on Bleep, the vinyl will follow rather late on May 7th, 2012.
